题目:Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? In order to be successful, it is more important to be able to work with a group of people than to work independently.

作文:

In today's modern society, the ability to work with a group of people has become increasingly important. However, some people believe that working independently is more crucial for achieving success. In my opinion, I strongly agree with the statement that it is more important to be able to work with a group of people than to work independently.

Firstly, working with a group of people can bring more resources and ideas. In a team, different people have their own strengths and specialties, and when they work together, they combine their efforts and resources to achieve the common goals. For example, in a business, the sales team, the marketing team, and the production team work together to plan, promote, and produce products, which helps to achieve the overall success of the company. By working with a group of people, one can learn from others and continue to develop oneself.

Secondly, working with a group can promote better communication and problem-solving skills. As individuals are exposed to different perspectives and thoughts, working with others can broaden their horizons and help them find solutions to problems that they may not have considered otherwise. In a team, members can also share their thoughts, ideas and concerns with each other, which can lead to better communication and cooperation between members. Finally, through working with a group, individuals can become more empathetic and better understand the needs and perspectives of others.

Lastly, working with a group can lead to greater efficiency and productivity. By working together, tasks can be delegated, allowing members to focus on their own area of expertise. With multiple people working on different aspects of a project, the project can be completed more efficiently and to a higher standard. Moreover, working with others can motivate individuals to work harder and stay focused, and it can also provide support and encouragement throughout the project.

In conclusion, while working independently has its advantages, the ability to work with a group of people is more important for achieving success. By working with others, individuals can gain more resources, develop better skills, and increase efficiency and productivity. Therefore, it is crucial for individuals to learn how to work together as part of a team in order to achieve success in today's modern society.

题目:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to make friends who are intelligent than those who are easygoing.

正文:

When it comes to making friends, some people prefer those who are intelligent, while others prefer those who are easygoing. Both types of friends have their advantages and disadvantages, but in my opinion, it is better to make friends who are intelligent. My reasons for this view are listed below.

First of all, intelligent friends can provide us with valuable insights and perspectives. They have the ability to **yze complex situations and offer thoughtful solutions. For example, when I was trying to decide between two job offers, I consulted with a friend who is very intelligent and **ytical. She helped me think through the pros and cons of each offer and gave me advice that was extremely helpful in making my decision.

Secondly, intelligent friends are great for engaging in deep and meaningful conversations. They are knowledgeable about a wide range of topics and can speak intelligently about current events, politics, culture, and more. These conversations can be intellectually stimulating and can help us broaden our horizons and learn new things. On the other hand, friends who are easygoing may not be as interested in having these kinds of conversations, and may only want to engage in light and superficial talk.

Lastly, intelligent friends can inspire us to be our best selves. They often have ambitious goals and work hard to achieve them. Being around this kind of friend can motivate us to set higher goals for ourselves and to work hard to achieve them. In contrast, easygoing friends may not be as motivated and may not push us to reach our full potential.

That being said, I do not mean to suggest that easygoing friends are not valuable. They can provide us with emotional support, be fun to be around, and help us relax and de-stress. However, if I had to choose between making friends who are intelligent or easygoing, I would choose the former. The advantages of having intelligent friends far outweigh any disadvantages.

In conclusion, while both intelligent and easygoing friends have their benefits, I believe that it is better to make friends who are intelligent. They can provide us with valuable insights, engage us in meaningful conversations, and inspire us to be our best selves.
